Request a Shooting.
Select and customise the services you want. Finalize your request and soon hear back from us.

Deliver your products.
You can either ship your products or drop off to us yourself. We can also provide pick-up service for Berlin area.

Get your photos.
Once the invoice is paid, we start the turnaround process. Once the photos are ready, you will receive an external link to the photos where you can start the QA process.
Q&A
Yes, standard retouching is included in product photography service. Extra retouch requests might cost extra, please contact us with your request in order to get clear information.
Yes, we do provide revisions. Any revisions that are out of the original guidelines might cost extra.
After creating shooting request, we will be sending invoice for the service. We will be starting to shoot when we get the payment confirmation. Long-term agreements may have an exception about invoice payment dates.
Yes, if any of the options does not cover your needs, you can always request a custom shooting / shooting settings.
We usually complete the turnaround in 8 business days for Standard delivery and 4 business days for Rush+ delivery option. For further information, please contact us.
It is not possible to request a refund after shooting process has been started.
Yes, for average or more than average amount of shootings we provide free of charge test shooting if requested. Please contact us for small projects.
Yes we do provide ironing & steaming and basic assembling service, please mention while creating your request.
